Partnering with a life coach can help you move from where you are to where you want to be, quickly! I believe that each of us has the right combination of qualities, skills, competencies and abilities to create the life we innately know is ours. What services do you offer as part of your personal coaching?

I set up an initial consultation with my clients to set a 30 day goal. Once this 30 day goal is set we check in with each other daily via email or voice mail to assist in keeping you accountable and on track with your 30 day goal.  My goal is to help you develop a strategy and get good habits in place so you won’t need my services after 30 days.  I work with my clients to empower them toward developing a system that works best for them that they can use in their daily lives.  We are all different and have different time constraints.  I assist my clients in making sure they don’t set too big of a goal and fall into the trap of the “all or nothing” way of thinking.  I am a firm believer in breaking things down into bite size pieces.  I speak live with my clients once a week (for approximately 1 hour)  go over what worked and what needs to be refocused and we set the goal for the coming week and set the actions items in place to have a successful outcome.  I ask for a 30 day commitment.

How much does it cost?

My fee is $250.00 per month.  This includes weekly live phone conversations along with the daily check ins for accountability and consistent daily support and cheerleading from ME, someone who is out in daily life LIVING IT! I walk my talk!  I’m a real person juggling multiple schedules and know first hand how difficult it is to make time for healthy eating and daily exercise. I make my fees very manageable for the everyday person. 

Do you offer personal coaching longer than 30 days?

YES!  However, after each 30 day session we will set a new 30 day goal and start the process toward reaching the next 30 day goal.
